Circa 1960's seaside dwelling. Weatherboard & hardi panel exterior originally stained in brown giving it a tired and dated appearance. The home was given a fresh look in keeping with its coastal location.
The painted corrugated roof was flaking and required extensive grinding and waterblasting before being repainted to compliment the overall colour scheme.
